Falling off the wagon

So,

as you can probably tell from the lack of posts, Nailah fell off the wagon. Hard.

It was a gradual loosening of my proverbial food morals but eventually it ended up turning into the complete abandonment of them.

But everything has its consequences. And boy am I feeling the consequences of abandoning my diet.

Truthfully?

I feel like shit.

Sure, there are personal\emotional factors that certainly contribute to this but I can also tell that nutrition plays a large portion in this as well.

But the great part about falling off the wagon is you can get back on right?

I’m starting over!

Beginning with our pal Jay Robb’s 3 day Cleanse (yes, I clearly hate myself) I am detoxifying in order to get myself ready to switch over to Eat Clean (a detox diet of sorts). I’m really pumped to eat really great and interesting food that is typically outside of my palette and no longer feeling lethargic and moody.

Sugar really does a number on me I think. It’s an abusive miss.

In short, look out for tons of posts from me during my cleanse, and me starting eat clean.

Wish me luck!

Until next time,

x
