Home-Made Protein Shake Making Adventure Palooza Extravaganza!

I had a pretty successful shopping trip actually. Managed to get a lot of goodies including some protein bars that I will put up here shortly. They are just for the duration of this cleanse. I started out late because I hadn’t finished shopping yet so the first meal of the day sadly occurred about 20 minutes ago. I settled on soft tofu for the protein component because it was mmm mmm good. Here is the ‘recipe’:
Ingrediants
- 1 1\2 cups cubed papaya
- 1 tbls of natural honey ( I added this after when I realized it was a bit too bitter)
- 2-3 glugs of unsweetened almond milk(gluten-free I did not know this)
- 1\2 cube of soft tofu
- 1 tsp of flax seeds
- Ice
Directions:
Blend together and get your omnom on.
Verdict?:
After added the honey pretty decent though perhaps I would add mango or banana or something to add some more natural sweetness. Though I’m almost at the end and I actually enjoyed it.
Next eating time: 4:30!
I’m debating whether or not to have another smoothie. I might have one with dinner and just have an apple. Yeah. I think I’ll do that. Although I’ll add some mango..
