Introducing….
Hi there,
Firstly, let’s start with introductions. I’m Nailah King, a full-time student and aspiring writer. More importantly, I am an on\and off dieter. Struggling with my weight for the duration of my life, though I am a small girl, I concede I want to cross that final frontier: weight maintenance. I have never been able to achieve this and someone suggested trying a detox diet. I’m working out what that will entail in terms of what foods I’ll include: I’m making my own tailor made diet for what works for me.
Why blog about it? Who would care? These are valid questions I have considered for awhile now in regards to making this blog and it all comes down to accountability. The blog holds me accountable for sticking with it.
However, I’m not perfect they’ll be hiccups and cheating I’m sure but it’s a journey you’ll all hopefully follow me on.
I’d like to focus most posts on detox creations, nutrition, and I would like to have full disclosure including cheating.
I’m not sure how long this project will go for but I look forward to sharing it with you all.
Starting May 01st my journey begins starting with a 3-Day Cleanse. More details on that in the coming days.
In the meantime I’ll be stuffing my face with the bad foods before I say goodbye to them forever….
